Packaging Materials Corrugated - We offer all tests and styles of corrugated cartons including triple wall and mil-spec. In addition, we offer corrugated interiors and partition sets. Foam - From packaging materials to case interiors, we design and fabricate items from a wide variety of foams. Wood - Custom crates and pallets (including shock mounted) are built to a customer's requirements. All can be made to mil-specs and are heat treated for export shipments. Customized interiors are also available. Flexible Plastic Film - We convert plastic and laminate films to make custom bags, pouches and shrouds of all sizes. Rigid Plastic Sheet - Custom fabricated parts can be created by cutting, welding, bending or vacuum forming. There are many different colors and thicknesses available. Extruded Plastic - Custom size tubes and solid profile shapes are available in a variety of materials. Chipboard - Our company provides custom folding cartons and set-up boxes from chipboard. We also manufacture partitions, plastic trays and foam interiors for them. |
